Highland Veggies To Be Showcased At Ramgo Research Station In, Mankayan, Benguet, July 25, 2018
A wide range of highland vegetable varieties will be showcased during the field day and inauguration of the Ramgo Highland Research Station in Brgy. Doag, Gumaoang, Mankayan, Benguet on July 25, 2018.
This was announced by Pamela Ong Chan, president of Ramgo Seeds International, a pioneer Filipino company in the vegetable seed industry in the Philippines.

Some 300 highland farmers have been invited to witness the inauguation of the 8,200 sq.m. research facility, and to observe the performance of the varieties under highland conditions.
The vegetables include three varieties of cabbage, namely: Mt. King, Luicky King and Monarch 888; Chinese cabbage – Vanguard, Champion and Super King; broccoli – Lucky Miracle; carrot – Terracotta, Firewedge, Heartland and Richland; cauliflower, Albarich 55; cucumber- Defender, Jen Jen and Jaguar; pakchoi – Modena; lettuce – Red Cosmic,Wilhelmina, Romain, EM 414, Altima and Tropical.
